In my career, I have never seen the vacant lot inventory so low at Apple Valley Lake, Ohio. Only 5-7 years ago, I remember 40-50 lots for sale in the winter time. In the summer, we would see it reach up to 70-80!
There is the good and bad that comes with this. The good; It will increase the average sale price (off the lake, no view) from the 2018 average sale price of $3400. Our sellers will definitely benefit from this lack of "product". Yes, its a good time to list your lot! The bad: Well... the potential list price increase and just not a "lot" available to choose from.
