About the Blog Author, Sherrie Ing Toth

I grew up in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. I was the 2nd to the oldest of 6 kids. Sherrie Toth in San Fransisco My strengths and passion involved photography, music and newspaper. I was highly involved in these through high school, and some in College. I like to say that I've been selling real estate since I was 6! Margorie Ing I hung out with my grandmother who was a top producer in the Cuyahoga Falls area for years. She eventually retired from the business at the age of 90. But grandma used to say, "I give my clients more than what they expect" This quote has always been the staple of my business. Agents can sell each other’s “product”. We stand apart from each other with the service that we deliver, the knowledge about our selling area, the connections in our area, the time we invest in our business, our clients and the marketing that we do. I started our team in 2001 (the year I got licensed). When we moved to Apple Valley in 2005, I made Apple Valley Lake real estate the focus of our business.

Joe and Sherrie Toth on their dock Joe (the love of my life since 1984) and I bought a weekend home at Apple Valley Lake in 2000. Loving the lake lifestyle and the community so much, we moved to Apple Valley full time in 2005. We enjoy introducing folks to the area and to the joy of living the lake lifestyle. It's easy to sell what you love and believe in. I feel so blessed to have 2 of my 3 children working with us.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy photography, organizing fundraisors, fitness, flying my drone, my grandkids, boating, music, traveling with Joe and meeting new people, and dog rescue. We have 3 adult children, 8 grandchildren and 4 dogs. They are the loves of our lives.
